about

This track talks about the world in it's current state.

Its about Tāwhirimātea (the man in the wind) who is Maori god of weather. Including thunder, lighting, wind clouds and storms.

Tawhiri is son of Papatūānuku (earth mother) and Ranginui (sky father), In his anger at his brothers for separating their parents he destroys the forests of Tāne, drove Tangaroa into the sea and generally reeks havoc.

This is about Tawhiri Arguing with his brothers about his actions and how the world should be.

lyrics

From shadow light was torn
A conscious son is free
Man in the wind has formed
In the Sky of Reality
Your Feet aint on the Ground. Who says that's where they should be.
Take a look around, I don't like what i see

Brother, brother, brother, Let the howling be
Brother, brother, brother, why don't you fly in peace
Brother, brother, brother.

Wind howls for the wounded
Tears spiral in the eye of the hurricane
The sky cry's his name
whispers roar Tawhiri's name, Tāwhirimātea

Brother, brother, brother, Let the howling be
Brother, brother, brother, why don't you fly in peace
Brother, brother, brother, i can't teach you to be free
Brother, brother, brother

Natures will is the worlds way and it comes to collect
at the end of the day and if you don't pay Taniwha slay 4 tane's waka and Tangaroa's stingray
play as you please but not as the disease in the garden of the gods you will be sunkin by the seas
your gonna fall in yiur forest you'll be swallowed by the earth
mother natures honest when she tells you what your worth
your gonna fall in your forest you'll be swallowed by the earth
mother natures honest when she tells you what your worth
ooooo Aotearoa
